The session focused on public speaking, self-image, and personal branding — core pillars every Queen Universe Philippines candidate needs as she prepares for the national stage.

Throughout the workshop, candidates engaged in interactive exercises designed to help them find their authentic voice and carry themselves with grace under pressure.

“Confidence isn’t something you’re born with — it’s something you build,” shared one of the guest speakers. “Every session we do is designed to help these women discover strength they already have inside them.”
